When will I receive my order?

We ship items 1 week before your event date to allow for any unexpected delays with freight however this is not a common occurance!
How do I return the order?

We supply you with a return ticket so you can return the items on the next business day with ease.
What happens if my quantities change?

This is an expected situation with any event booking so don't worry. You have up until 30 days before your event date to make any reductions. Increases will be subject to availability at the time of request.
Do I have to wash the linen?

No. Infact we kindly request that you please DO NOT wash it. We have special methods for caring for our linen that we like to adhere to!
