Where are you based?

We are based in Mount Maunganui, the wedding mecca!

How long is a hire period for?

Our standard hire period is for 1-4 working days, this includes shipping to your event and the return shipping.

can you ship my order?

Yes! We can ship our linen anywhere in NZ. Please allow a few extra days for rural deliveries. If you require your linen to be delivered to a provincial area, we recommend collecting the items from the nearest depot.

Our shipping rates include return shipping too. We will send you a courier ticket with your order so you can easily return the linen back to us.

Do I need to wash the linen after use?

No, you don’t. The cleaning fees are all covered in hireage cost so you can return the linen to us dirty and we will do the hard work for you. We do have some instructions though around heavily soiled items, we ask that all food or scraps are removed from the linen before shipping it back to us to avoid mould from growing! If the linen has become wet, we ask that you separate this in a plastic bag to keep wet and dry linen separate.

How will my linen arrive?

Napkins - these will arrive in groups of ten folded in half so that you can easily count them in, then fold/arrange them how you wish for your table setting.

Table Runners - these will arrive folded and stacked so you can easily count them in

Tablecloths - these will arrive folded and boxed with a small numbered piece of paper taped to each cloth so you can easily count these in too.

What courier do you use?

We use Post Haste and New Zealand Couriers but prefer to use Courier Post for urgent or last minute orders.

What happens if you can’t remove a stain?

We will contact you and notify you that we were unable to remove a stain, this will only be after multiple attempts to remove it and normally we can remove all stains. This would only happen on a rare occasion.

How much is it to replace an item if it’s lost or damaged beyond repair?

Napkins - $8.00

Runners - $48.00

Tablecloths - $224.00

Do you do custom orders if I can’t find the colour I’m after?

Yes we can, we will consider all custom orders so get in touch and we will discuss.
